I was saddened by the death of Father Paul Voids. I knew him as a child. We were in the same parish in Canoga Park, Ca. I knew his mother and grandmother in Aurora, I was also a Romanian, a parishioner in St. Michael’s Church. I was so happy to see and talk to Father Voids at the 100th anniversary celebration of St. Michael’s Church.

I remember Father Paul best from my childhood as my and my sisters’ violin teacher. Fun times. He had several years of prayers said for me by the Marion association, for which I am grateful. Great guy and unforgettable part of my life. We will catch up when I arrive.
