St. Pantelimon Church
Dear Visitors,
On May 21, 2005 the wooden church, St. Panteleimon, was consecrated by His Grace Bishop John Michael Botean. In the ceremony had participated also: Most Reverend Alexandru Mesian, Bishop of the Greek-Catholic Diocese of Lugoj, Romania, Most Reverend Florentin Crihalmeanu, Bishop of the Greek-Catholic Diocese of Cluj-Gherla, accompanied by Rev. Vasile Gorzo, Most Reverend Aurel Perca, Auxiliary Bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Iasi, accompanied by Rev. Mihai Budau and Rev. Msgr. Gregory Duma and by Sister Felicia Danca from the order of Servants of Jesus the High Priest." Several clergy from the Eparchy of St. George in Canton were present as well, including the Rt. Rev. Archimandrite Nicholas Zachariades, Hegumen of the Holy Resurrection Monastery of Newberry Springs California.
